Bioremediation of Crystal Violet by Organic Matter and Assessment of Antimicrobial Properties of the Obtained Product

چکیده

The study investigated the waste beet pulp shreds for use as a sorbent removing crystal violet dye from aqueous solutions and investigating antimicrobial properties of obtained material. During preparation BPSCV (beet with adsorbed violet) material, equilibrium kinetic studies (CV) sorption process on BPS were carried out. tests allowed selection best-fitted isotherm model determination capacity It turned out that Langmuir had best fit (R2 > 0.98) equaled 28.07 mg/g. pseudo-second-order R2 0.999 (obtained studies) FT-IR analysis confirmed CV is chemical. minimal growth inhibition showed material inhibits chosen microorganisms. Escherichia coli (MIC = 500 ppm) Pseudomonas aeruginosa 300 are more resistant to than Candida albicans Staphylococcus aureus 100 ppm).
